One for the books today! Miguel and their crew joined us for an early morning winter trip on Lake Travis, starting just after sunrise with partly cloudy skies and some morning rain that cleared up as we got going. Water conditions were solid for this time of year, and we had everything set up for a productive day of bass fishing with Bass Tours ATX and our Enjoy Half Day (Am or Pm)& Full Day Of Guided Fishing experience.

Once the stage was set, we focused on bass fishing techniques using casting and tackle fishing to work the productive areas around Lake Travis. Miguel and their crew connected with some nice white bass throughout the morning, and the fish were cooperative despite the early season conditions. Lake Travis is perfect for this style of fishing because the structure and depth changes give us plenty of options with casting and tackle techniques. We wrapped up the trip with great catches and reckon it was a big ol' success all around!

The white bass were definitely cooperative today, and we found them responding well to our casting approach. The morning rain didn't slow us down one bit, and once it cleared off we had ideal conditions for working the water.
