Hot bite and happy crew! Guy and their crew joined us for an early morning spring trip on Lake Travis with clear conditions throughout the day. The water was perfect for what we had planned, and we were fixin' to have ourselves a big ol' day out there. Once the stage was set, we targeted Guadalupe Bass using a mix of bass fishing techniques including casting and trolling. Lake Travis is absolutely perfect for this kind of fishing because the structure and cover give these bass plenty of places to hide and ambush baitfish. We found the fish were hammered down in their usual spots, and the tug is the drug kept us going all morning. The crew did outstanding work with their presentations and we wrapped up the trip with great catches and smiles all around, y'all!
